About the company
Sync is Canada's largest cloud storage and document collaboration provider, and a world-leader in cloud content management. Our mission is to make secure file storage, sharing, and collaboration easy for everyone – by providing a safe space for the world to collaborate. We're transforming the way SMBs work together, and we're actively expanding into digital enterprise. We need your help!
By joining Sync you will have an amazing opportunity to help over 2 million businesses and individuals worldwide store important information, share big ideas, and collaborate on game changing projects. You will help define what the future of work looks like. Most importantly you will be part of an incredible team helping to get the world in Sync.
Sync needs you!
Most marketers focus on creating witty and creative campaigns – and that really ticks you off! You know that real marketing is all about efficacy and performance that drives revenue, rather than vanity metrics. The way to do that? Clear and effective communication of your value proposition to your audience. You’re equally at home writing copy or analyzing campaign performance and you’re a beat of an organizational neat-freak with a bias toward action.
As our Digital Marketing Manager, reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you'll be the maestro behind our ad campaigns, conversion efforts, and orchestrating every note to resonate with our audience. You'll craft compelling copy that captures attention, design high-converting landing pages, and optimize every step of the customer journey to turn clicks into conversions.
This is a remote role in Canada.
How to Apply: Ready to channel your inner Ogilvy and make waves in the digital marketing world? Send us your resume, and a cover letter explaining what your favourite marketing campaign is and why.

Your to-do list:

  • Ad Campaign Management: Develop, launch, and optimize multi-channel ad campaigns (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) with a laser focus on performance metrics.
  • Conversion Optimization: Analyze data, run A/B tests, and continuously refine our strategies to boost conversion rates and lower acquisition costs.
  • Email Campaigns: Execute email marketing campaigns, create effective offers, and nurture sequences to drive purchases and upgrades.
  • Landing Page Creation: Design and implement effective landing pages that not only look great but also drive results. Your pages will be the secret sauce in our conversion recipe.
  • Copywriting: Channel your inner David Ogilvy to write magnetic headlines, compelling CTAs, and copy that not only sells but also tells our story in a way that resonates with our audience.
  • Growth Marketing: Identify and test innovative new channels with an open mind and an experimentation mindset.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Dive deep into campaign data, providing actionable insights and making data-driven decisions to enhance our marketing efforts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure that our marketing efforts are aligned and driving towards the same goal—growth.

Who you are:

  • Experience: You have 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing (ideally in SaaS), with a proven track record of managing successful ad campaigns.
  • Performance Mindset: You think like a marketer but write like a copywriter. You know how to craft messages that connect and convert.
  • Data-Driven: You love diving into data to find the story behind the numbers and are always looking for ways to optimize.
  • Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable with marketing tools, platforms, and analytics. You can whip up a landing page faster than you can say “conversion rate.”
  • Passion: You’re driven, enthusiastic, and always looking for ways to improve. You don’t just follow trends—you set them.

Why Join Us?

  • Innovative Environment: Be part of a forward-thinking team that’s always looking for new ways to push the boundaries of digital marketing.
  • Make an Impact: Your work will have a direct impact on our growth and success. We value creativity, innovation, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
  • Growth Opportunities: As we grow, so do your opportunities. We’re committed to helping our team members develop their skills and advance their careers.
