Senior Associates play an integral client-facing project or work-stream leadership role. While activities vary based on project size/scope and individual skill-sets and strengths, the Sr. Associate can expect to spend their time with a heavy focus on material client interaction through all projects, project management, intensive data-analysis and the identification for the “so-what’s” therein, and to creating compelling client-ready presentations. Additionally, the Sr. Associate will focus on developing Analysts and Coachees.

  • 3-5 years of experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.
  • Workday Adaptive Planning certification.
  • Proficiency in configuring and implementing Workday Adaptive Planning and adaptive integrations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or CA.
  • Able to lead call with client and help end to end implementation, requirement design testing and support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Holds active Workday Certification (Financials or Adaptive preferred)
  • May consider candidates with prior experience working with TM1 Cognos, Anaplan, Host Analytics, or Oracle EPM/Hyperion solutions
  • Experience with Adaptive in both development and administrative roles
  • Strong understanding of implementation project methodologies
  • Experience with automation and integration
  • Demonstrated experience using Excel to design and build complex financial forecasting and planning models
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with an ability to interface with senior level business users and clients
