About the team + role

The Corporate Applications team's mission is to ensure the availability and performance of Hoodie productivity and collaboration SaaS such as Google Workplace, Slack, Jira, Confluence, Zoom, Lucid, SendSafely, and others!

As the manager for this team of engineers, you'll help build the technology foundations that other Hoodies depend on to deliver phenomenal products!

The role is located in the Toronto office location which aligns with our in-office working environment. Please connect with your recruiter for more information regarding our in-office philosophy and expectations.

What you’ll do

  • You'll lead the team launching new collaboration systems and AI initiatives
  • Respond to the evolving productivity needs of a fast-paced company
  • Drive internal team projects, led by CorpApp engineers, to improve productivity
  • Orchestrate interrupt operational work escalated from partner teams

What you bring

  • Demonstrated ability leading Corporate Engineering teams
  • Experience with Google Workplace strongly preferred
  • Experience with a Cloud-First architecture (zero trust, nothing on-prem)
  • Rigor to work at a highly regulated financial entity that places Safety First

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan.
