Responsibilities include adapting the global risk framework to Canadian regulations, conducting risk assessments, managing issues and incidents, evaluating product and digital-asset risks, preparing board and committee reporting, supporting audits and regulatory exams, and partnering with compliance, operations, engineering, legal, and enterprise risk teams.

Provide legal and regulatory counsel on retail crypto products in Canada, advise product and compliance teams on launches and compliance, engage with Canadian securities regulators and SROs, identify and mitigate legal risks, and partner cross-functionally to deliver practical, timely legal advice.

Own the architectural evolution of Robinhood’s core infrastructure across service mesh, Kubernetes compute, and Terraform provisioning. Lead multi-region platform resiliency, diagnose issues at the Kubernetes, etcd, Envoy, and Terraform provider layers, contribute upstream when appropriate, and drive cross-functional architectural decisions. The role requires deep infrastructure expertise, production Go or Python development, and the ability to influence complex engineering organizations.

Lead and execute red team operations and adversarial simulations across applications, infrastructure, networks, offices, and processes.
