Teams at Robinhood

Build full-stack systems supporting Robinhood’s international expansion. Develop React and TypeScript interfaces alongside scalable Go or Python backend services, including localized onboarding, KYC/AML, multi-currency funding, regional trading, growth mechanisms, and internationalization platforms. Ensure reliability, observability, security, compliance, and performance while collaborating with product, design, legal, compliance, and platform teams. Own features from technical design through rollout, production validation, and ongoing maintenance.

Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday across Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, and HCM. Gather requirements from People and business teams, build business processes, reports, security settings, and integrations, troubleshoot payroll and system issues, support global expansion and acquisitions, and manage Workday release testing and adoption. The role also identifies opportunities to use automation and AI to improve HR technology workflows and employee experience.

Own the regulatory and compliance dimension of Robinhood’s Canadian brokerage products, including crypto trading, equities, options, and registered accounts. Partner with engineering, design, compliance, and operations to launch compliant products; establish and monitor regulatory processes; maintain policies; track CIRO, CSA, and FINTRAC changes; and deliver product updates to meet evolving Canadian requirements.
