Build and maintain scalable iOS applications for crypto perpetuals trading. Design high-performance mobile experiences with real-time market data, charting, order entry, position management, and risk-aware workflows. Partner with product, design, backend, and data teams; improve performance, observability, reliability, and release stability; lead technical planning; resolve incidents; mentor engineers; and establish architecture, testing, documentation, and engineering standards.

Build and operate full-stack software supporting Robinhood’s international expansion. Develop React and TypeScript interfaces, Go and Python backend services, localized onboarding, KYC/AML, multi-currency funding, trading experiences, growth systems, and internationalization platforms. Design distributed systems and APIs, ensure reliability and observability, lead technical delivery, and collaborate with product, design, compliance, legal, and platform teams.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for specialized technical and infrastructure engineering roles. Build candidate pipelines through research, outreach, and passive-candidate sourcing; partner with hiring managers on role requirements and candidate profiles; coordinate with recruiters and sourcers; track hiring progress; and use Greenhouse, Gem, and AI tools to improve recruiting workflows and candidate engagement.
