Our scope ranges from recommending how to use content more effectively to optimizing daily media channel performance and maximizing visibility in eCommerce platforms.

The Digital Coordinator contributes to the coordination of the media buying process and is essential to the day-to-day management of client and business through the MBP process, buy maintenance, and performance. The individual in this role is required to work well in a team-based, fast paced, detail-oriented environment. A Digital Coordinator is resourceful and demonstrates the initiative to participate in advanced projects.

Accountabilities:

  • Collects and reports buying performance achieved on nominated clients that have Global Buying commitments

  • Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data submitted, and for validating that reported results are reliable, transparent for external review

  • Effectively communicates benchmarking methodology and productivity targets to local markets

  • Collects data from specific markets using the agreed methodology (client specific) to quantify, measure, calibrate price performance compared to historical price benchmarks – across all media types

  • Identifies data anomalies and also potential delivery issues in market

  • Manages data to normalize benchmarks to maintain as high levels of measurability as possible within the reports

  • Manages preparation and verification of the data for the client reports – both data analysis and supporting commentary

  • Assists local markets and client service teams in dealing with Media Auditor requests / validations

  • Finance processes - including clearing invoices and payments.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary Degree or Diploma in Media, Advertising, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • Strong to advanced level MS Office skills: Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP’s), Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work with cross functional teams and multiple stakeholders.

  • Aptitude for priority management where it concerns managing multiple deliverables/work streams.

  • Ability to organize ideas and present back information logically and sequentially.

  • Knowledge of digital media tools is considered a strong asset.

  • Familiarity with and interest in the entertainment/movie industry is an advantage

Additional information:

The salary range for this position is $40k-$45k. Actual salary within the salary range will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, and skills. A range of medical, dental, RRSP, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available to all permanent employees.
