Job Title: Digital Project Coordinator

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid; 3 days on-site/week)

Reports to: Sr. Digital Project Manager

The Role

We're on the hunt for a highly organized and proactive Digital Project Coordinator to support the delivery and maintenance of our digital work—on time and on budget.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to develop hands-on experience in project coordination while working alongside experienced industry professionals in a fast-paced environment.

You'll play a key supporting role in keeping projects on track from initiation to completion, ensuring clear communication and seamless execution. Bonus points if you can do it all with a smile.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will be working closely with the Sr. Digital Project Manager, development team and QA Specialist ensuring smooth project workflows and clear communication between teams. You’ll work across different functions, gain exposure to web project delivery and digital operations, help ensure high-quality execution and contribute to the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our digital operations.

In addition, your tasks will also include:

  • Assisting with the coordination of project activities to support successful execution
  • Scheduling and resource planning
  • Monitoring project progress and ensuring project milestones are achieved
  • Monitoring costs, resources and scope to ensure projects stay on budget and in scope
  • Communicating project objectives and success criteria to stakeholders.
  • Participating in project briefings with key stakeholders and ensuring expectations are set on deliverables
  • Facilitating and leading internal meetings
  • Perform regular testing, verify fixes and retest functionality as needed

What You’ll Bring

  • Post-secondary education in project management, marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a project management or coordination role, preferably within the digital marketing agency.
  • Basic understanding of digital workflows
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team player with a problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude.
  • Proficiency with MS Office/Teams, PM Tools, and workflow systems.
