This role provides an opportunity to support the delivery of Manulife Vitality and behavioural insurance initiatives through strong coordination, organization, and execution support across multiple workstreams. The Coordinator, Behavioural Insurance plays a key role in enabling strategy, program management, governance, and implementation activities by handling tracking, documentation, reporting preparation, and day‑to‑day coordination. By providing reliable support and ensuring work is well organized and visible, this role contributes to Manulife’s mission to deliver impactful behavioral and wellness programs for customers. The role offers broad exposure across business, technology, and vendor partners and the opportunity to build experience in program delivery and governance within a complex environment.
Position Responsibilities:
Provide coordination and execution support for program and project activities, including initiative planning, execution tracking, UAT preparation, launch readiness, and post‑delivery follow‑ups.
Maintain schedules, action logs, dependency trackers, documentation, and status artifacts to support effective program management and governance.
Support business case development, strategy materials, and planning activities by gathering inputs, organizing content, and maintaining version control.
Assist with annual planning, road‑mapping, and prioritization activities by coordinating timelines, consolidating inputs, and tracking deliverables.
Support governance and risk activities by maintaining logs, trackers, and documentation related to risks, issues, dependencies, and controls.
Compile inputs and maintain reporting tools and dashboards to support program progress reporting and leadership updates.
Coordinate administrative and operational tasks, including document management, meeting logistics, list maintenance, and partner coordination.
Serve as a first point of intake for member or partner inquiries as required, ensuring items are documented and routed to the appropriate owner.
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years’ experience in business analysis/requirements development supporting small to medium initiatives/projects
University Degree in Finance or Business
Preferred - Agile Experience – Proficiency in drafting user stories with clear solution criteria
Knowledge of testing procedures, case development and expected results
Ability to be flexible and adaptable, handle multiple demands and competing priorities, and meet deadlines
Demonstrated excellence in customer service
High degree of professionalism and initiative
The desire to learn new things and perform activities across multiple roles to drive the success of the business
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across multiple levels and effectively interface with internal and external partners to drive results
Skilled problem-solver and decision-maker
1-3+ years of investment or relevant business experience, preferably in investment operations or investment research.
Strong analytic skills and an ability to quickly synthesize large volumes of information.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability of work independently and on multiple projects simultaneously.
