You help implement the operational excellence program in a specific function and/or for cross-functional continuous improvement (CI) projects. You are not only responsible for applying CI tools and techniques for problem solving and performance improvement but more importantly, you help employees improve their CI skills and build their self-sufficiency.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Provide training on CI tools and techniques to help drive teams through CI cycles. You will also coach employees to help them achieve their targets
- Identify process improvement needs with department leads, facilitate sessions and support execution of newly established improvements
- Once improvements are done, validate outcome benefits and support creation of new standards and qualification of members into new working processes
- Benchmark externally, ensuring where relevant that best practice and new tools are deployed in collaboration with internal partners

- Seeking a dynamic CS&L CI to spearhead our efforts in minimizing waste and optimizing our supply chain and logistics processes.
- The CS&L CI Lead will also be the lead of our War on Waste initiative, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing strategies to reduce waste, enhance operational efficiency, and contribute to our environmental goals.

How you will contribute
You will:
- Develop and execute a robust continuous improvement strategy for the CS&L function: to improve Transportation and Warehousing efficiency
- Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for enhancement.
- Great MS Excel skills and experience building reports / visuals in MS PowerBi
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and implement best practices.
- Lead data-driven initiatives to measure, track, and report performance improvements.
- Drive the adoption of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop and deliver training programs to empower teams in process optimization.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
War on Waste
Develop and execute a comprehensive War on Waste strategy across the E2E CS&L Finished Goods, Raw and Pack and Semi Finished Goods.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for waste reduction and process optimization.
- Implement data-driven approaches to measure, track, and report waste reduction progress.
- Lead training and awareness programs to educate teams on waste reduction best practices.
- Identify sustainable packaging alternatives and drive their adoption.
- Engage with external partners, suppliers, and industry networks to stay updated on waste reduction trends.
- Analyze financial and environmental impact of waste reduction initiatives.

- Experience in CS&L function, ideally with knowledge of customer supply chain management
- Cross-functional experience (sales, CS&L controlling, demand planning, and logistics and warehousing knowledge)
- SAP, information systems, process design, standard operating procedures
- Experience leading and developing a team
- Able to analyze data and derive insights into action with a focus on delivering to timelines and KPIs
- Great interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills
- Able to influence, negotiate and apply commercial acumen
- Experience in change management processes
- Results oriented and prepared to deal with ambiguity
Additional Job Description
Education / Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Job specific requirements:
- Proven experience in order management, customer service, or a similar role in the CPG industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, including order entry, fulfillment, invoicing, and payment processing.
- Strong understanding of supply chain operations, logistics, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using order management systems and software applications.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions using data.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy
