Job Description

As a Content Production Manager, your main focus will be to plan and adapt marketing and in‑store communication content and collaborate with media and production partners to deliver high‑quality assets. You ensure effective store communication by coordinating materials, digital content needs, and feedback from store teams.

This on-site role reports into our Marketing Manager and is based out of our Toronto Support Office.

A Day in the Life

Working at H&M means no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will include the following responsibilities*

Content Adaptation & Delivery

  • Plan and oversee adaptation and delivery of globally initiated activities in all media and in-store communication channels, ensuring alignment with brand and campaign goals
  • For local tactical activations; plan and coordinate asset production and/or adaptation across multiple channels, based on the local marketing plan
  • Stay immersed in the local daily plan to anticipate asset needs for paid media and store communications, while keeping up‑to‑date with global channel playbooks, media formats, and store formats, and maintaining a clear understanding of global store communication strategies and placements

 

Cross Functional & Agency Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with Media Leads, Media Agencies, Production partners and vendors to brief, track, and approve the production and adaptation of assets
  • Act as the main point of contact for Media agencies regarding formats, assets, and campaign materials

 

Store Communication Production

  • Coordinate production of store material, in collaboration with Store Visual teams
  • Brief the Store Visual team on POS plans and campaign quantities, feed local digital‑screen content needs into production, and collect in‑store feedback on communication materials and asset allocation to share with relevant stakeholders

 

Qualifications

 

Who You Are:

  • Degree in Marketing, Media, or Production Management (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong understanding of paid media formats (TV, OOH, OLV, Display, Social, Print, etc.)
  • Knowledge of retail store comms. formats and production
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, content production, or media roles (agency or client side)
  • Experience working in fashion retail or similar

Compensation: salary is $97,200 **
