Coordinates owned media with paid and earned campaigns, supports SEO, tracks campaign performance, and collaborates with commercial, production, and marketing teams on campaign planning, events, partnerships, and membership activations.

Drive employee relations across distribution centres: manage lifecycle processes, resolve conflicts and grievances, support union negotiations, ensure compliance with labour laws and GDPR, report HR metrics, partner with managers to foster inclusive, safe, and engaging DC work environments.

Supports HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, succession planning, employee relations, engagement initiatives, and people reporting. Provides guidance to employees and managers, coordinates talent activities, analyzes HR metrics, and supports a fair, compliant, and inclusive workplace for sales-market business units.
