Process and verify payroll data, maintain employee records, handle payroll changes and taxes, resolve pay issues and inquiries, support stores and area teams, and assist payroll manager with time-sensitive tasks and special projects.

Provide excellent in-store customer service, guide and sell products, promote loyalty and sustainability initiatives, maintain garment care, merchandising, stock replenishment, operate fitting rooms and checkouts, support store opening/closing, follow procedures and participate in training.

Lead commercial and merchandising activities for assigned customer groups across omni channels. Drive sales plans, in-season QCP and tactical activations, coordinate with e‑commerce and visual merchandising, manage assortment and inventory actions, analyze sales and demand forecasts, and perform store visits to monitor performance and coach teams.
