Teams at H&M Group

Provide excellent customer service and sell H&M products by guiding customers, promoting loyalty programs and sustainability initiatives, maintaining merchandising and garment care, operating checkout and OMNI services, and supporting store opening/closing and visual presentation to meet sales targets.

Manage market-level workforce planning and store scheduling to align hours with sales targets and budgets. Support and train store and area managers on scheduling best practices, monitor sales and hours planning, and collaborate with Controlling to optimize staffing for efficiency, store operations, and customer experience.

Greet and assist customers, promote and sell products, support OMNI services, maintain garment care, restock and present merchandise, operate checkout and fitting rooms, follow H&S and store procedures, and collaborate with the store team to meet sales targets.
