As a Sales Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service, promote products, and maintain store presentation. You'll guide customers, manage stock, and ensure a tidy sales floor while collaborating with your team.

Provide excellent in-store customer service and actively sell H&M products. Maintain garment care, visual merchandising, replenish stock, operate fitting rooms and checkouts, promote loyalty app and OMNI services, follow procedures, and support store opening/closing and team development.

Drive employee relations across distribution centres: manage lifecycle processes, resolve conflicts and grievances, support union negotiations, ensure compliance with labour laws and GDPR, report HR metrics, partner with managers to foster inclusive, safe, and engaging DC work environments.
