  • Track performance and double down on what works

Testimonials and Proof

  • Own the process of capturing and publishing customer stories
  • Turn real partner outcomes into:
  • Case studies
  • Testimonials
  • Short-form content
  • Make sure proof points are constantly feeding into sales and marketing

Distribution and Growth

  • Own how content gets seen, not just created
  • Drive posting, repurposing, and distribution across channels
  • Push content consistently across LinkedIn, email, and core platforms
  • Track what drives reach and engagement, and iterate quickly

Marketing Operations

  • Keep content, assets, and materials organized and easy to access
  • Maintain a clean and usable content library
  • Ensure nothing gets lost and everything can be reused

What success looks like

  • Pontosense shows up consistently and clearly across LinkedIn and core channels
  • Leadership is visible and building authority in the market
  • Strong pipeline of testimonials and case studies that reinforce credibility
  • Content is not just created, it is seen, shared, and driving awareness
  • Brand feels sharp, consistent, and increasingly recognized

Requirements

Musthave

  • 1–3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role
  • Strong writing and editing skills, especially for professional and B2B audiences
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders at once
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (especially LinkedIn) and content planning
  • Comfortable working with tools like Google Slides, Canva, or similar
  • Comfortable using modern tools, including AI tools like Claude

Bonus

  • Experience supporting executive branding or thought leadership
  • Experience with AI-native development tools, like Claude
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Experience in health, aging, or trust-sensitive industries

Mindset

  • You are highly organized and execution-focused
  • You think in systems, calendars, workflows, and repeatable processes
  • You care about brand consistency and details
  • You’re proactive in identifying gaps and making things run smoother
  • You enjoy working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams

Why Work at Pontosense

  • Help redefine how care providers deliver safety and support at scale
  • Work on technology that is already deployed globally and growing fast
  • Take real ownership in building the brand and growth engine for a category-defining company
  • See direct impact through partners, caregivers, and organizations using the product every day
  • Grow quickly in a high-performance environment that values initiative and execution
  • Competitive compensation, equity, and flexibility to do your best work
