Own Silvie’s brand strategy, positioning, voice, identity, creative direction, launch campaign, creator partnerships, cultural initiatives, affiliate program, and go-to-market efforts. Lead the January commercial launch tied to a major television event, build customer insight around adult children buying for parents, and establish a recognizable brand that drives customer acquisition and category leadership. This founding leadership role has final creative authority and works closely with the CEO.

Own Silvie’s growth engine across SEO, answer engines, website conversion, PR, publications, experimentation, and performance analytics. The role drives customer acquisition, measures traffic and conversion, lowers customer acquisition costs, and builds a repeatable testing program ahead of a major January 2027 launch. It works closely with the CEO and Brand Marketing leadership in a hybrid Toronto or Waterloo environment, with remote flexibility.

Provides hands-on support to families and care organizations using Pontosense and Silvie products. Responsibilities include resolving calls, emails, and chats; guiding setup and troubleshooting; handling escalations from BPO teams; creating help-center content; and identifying recurring customer issues for product and engineering teams.

Supports key customer accounts by onboarding agencies and partners, integrating the company’s sensor platform with customer systems, coordinating technical deployments, documenting rollout processes, and relaying field feedback to product and engineering teams. The role helps customers launch successfully, maintain stable integrations, and resolve technical issues throughout the account lifecycle.

Own the partner-facing product for a senior care technology company, including roadmap, releases, integrations, adoption, retention, and deployment success. The Product Lead translates customer and partner needs into shipped software, collaborates closely with engineering and sensor teams, and aligns sales, support, and engineering. The role reports to the COO and works with the CTO in a fast-growing, small-team environment.

Own customer support for Pontosense and Silvie, leading a BPO team and managing tickets from first contact through resolution. Build scalable support playbooks, tooling, queues, and metrics; improve response and resolution times; coach the team; and share customer insights with product and engineering. The role serves families and care organizations across two brands and may grow into broader Customer Experience leadership.

Owns day-to-day office and administrative operations across Toronto and Waterloo. Responsibilities include onboarding and offboarding, office management, workplace events, travel coordination, contract administration, vendor and facility coordination, logistics support, customer success assistance, finance administration, and cross-functional follow-through. The role ensures offices operate smoothly, new hires are ready on day one, records and renewals remain current, and administrative requests are completed without executive intervention.

Owns onboarding and early customer success for home care agencies, taking them from signed contract through setup, training, billing, shipping coordination, and initial adoption. The role coordinates with Supply Chain, Finance, Support, Product, and Sales to resolve issues, ensure timely launches, gather feedback, and improve the onboarding process. The position is hybrid in Toronto or Waterloo, with remote flexibility.

Owns end-to-end supply chain operations for hardware shipped across 24 countries. Responsibilities include forecasting, purchase orders, lead-time and safety-stock management, inventory replenishment, SOP and dashboard development, factory and 3PL coordination, parcel economics, and returns, repair, refurbishment, and redeployment. This builder role establishes the company’s supply-chain operating system while managing delivery performance, working capital, and supply continuity.

Build and lead the company’s foundational HR and people function. Own culture, retention, employee growth and training, contracts, policies, people operations, and hiring processes while partnering with the CEO and COO across global teams. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, using data to improve workforce outcomes and preparing the organization for rapid growth.
