Own and build the finance function across Canadian and Chinese entities. Responsibilities include timely consolidated monthly close, forecasting tied to sales, inventory, and cash, product costing, audited financial statements, controls, tax and audit relationships, and investor reporting for the company’s next raise. The role partners closely with the CEO and leadership team, requiring both hands-on accounting execution and strategic financial leadership as the company scales.

Owns end-to-end supply chain operations for hardware shipped across 24 countries. Responsibilities include forecasting, purchase orders, lead-time and safety-stock management, inventory replenishment, SOP and dashboard development, factory and 3PL coordination, parcel economics, and returns, repair, refurbishment, and redeployment. This builder role establishes the company’s supply-chain operating system while managing delivery performance, working capital, and supply continuity.

Owns onboarding and early customer success for home care agencies, taking them from signed contract through setup, training, billing, shipping coordination, and initial adoption. The role coordinates with Supply Chain, Finance, Support, Product, and Sales to resolve issues, ensure timely launches, gather feedback, and improve the onboarding process. The position is hybrid in Toronto or Waterloo, with remote flexibility.
