About Everist
Everist is redefining the future of hair and body care with concentrated, high-performance formulations and a strong commitment to sustainability. We are a brand built on innovation, storytelling, and community and we’re entering our next phase of growth.
We're looking for a motivated, detail-obsessed Marketing Coordinator to roll up their sleeves and help us execute across every corner of our marketing engine.
The Role
This is a generalist, execution-first role built for someone who loves doing the work. You'll support the marketing team across paid media, email, social, brand, and day-to-day operations — helping keep campaigns running smoothly, content moving, and nothing falling through the cracks.
You don't need years of experience. You do need to be curious, organized, quick to learn, and genuinely excited about building a brand that's doing something different.
What You'll Do
Growth & Performance Marketing Support
Assist with the setup, trafficking, and reporting of paid campaigns across Meta and TikTok.
Pull weekly performance reports and help maintain dashboards tracking key metrics like CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
Support A/B testing initiatives by helping organize creative assets, document results, and track learnings.
Email & Lifecycle Marketing
Help build, schedule, and QA email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo.
Assist with list segmentation, campaign deployment, and post-send reporting.
Maintain the email marketing calendar and flag upcoming campaign needs to the team.
Social Media & Content
Support day-to-day social media execution across Instagram and TikTok, including scheduling, posting, and community engagement.
Help coordinate content shoots and asset organization, ensuring the team always has what it needs.
Monitor trends, competitors, and relevant beauty/wellness conversations to bring fresh ideas to the table.
Assist with influencer and creator coordination — outreach, gifting logistics, tracking deliverables.
Brand & Creative Operations
Coordinate asset requests between the marketing team and creative/design, keeping projects on brief and on deadline.
Help maintain brand asset libraries so the team can move quickly.
Support campaign and product launch coordination, making sure all the pieces come together on time.
General Marketing Operations
Own the marketing calendar and help keep the team organized and on schedule.
Track invoices, vendor communications, and project timelines.
Be the person who notices what needs to get done — and does it.
Who You Are
1–2 years of hands-on marketing experience, including co-ops, internships, or contract roles (we care about what you've done, not just where).
Familiar with or eager to learn tools like Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, Shopify, and social scheduling platforms.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail — you catch typos, missed deadlines, and misaligned assets before anyone else does.
A strong written communicator who can adapt to a brand voice.
Genuinely interested in beauty, wellness, or sustainability.
Comfortable wearing many hats and switching gears quickly in a lean, fast-moving team.
A proactive self-starter — you don't wait to be told what needs doing.
