Coordinator, Performance marketing – 12-month contract

The Coordinator, Performance Marketing supports the day-to-day activities of Indigo’s paid media programs across digital platforms (Meta, Reddit, TikTok, Google, etc). The coordinator is responsible for assisting with preparing trafficking sheets, product sets, creative briefs; as well as supporting campaign setups, organizing creative assets and copy requests. This role is a data-driven digital marketer with diverse eCommerce experience and an eagerness to test new ideas to grow acquisition targets.

- Primary scorecard metrics: ROAS, Cost Per Purchase
- 98%+ setup accuracy
- 95%+ on-time launches
- Zero missed tracking links,
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Functional
- Prepare trafficking sheets, tracking codes and build product sets
- Organize assets, briefs and reports
- Assist with creative briefing and copy requests
- Assist with campaign setup and weekly optimizations
- Assist with setting up A/B Tests
- Assist with other digital marketing projects and initiatives as needed
- Assist with reporting and insights analysis, including test reporting and attribution
- Act as an advocate for the customer by placing them at the forefront of all decision-making and design processes
- Challenge the status quo by consistently identifying areas for improvement, diagnosing issues and working to resolve them

Manager once Removed (MOR): VP, Marketing Strategy & OMNI Channel Communication

Work Experience / Education / Certifications
- 1-2 years' experience in digital marketing and/or Paid Social, with retail/eCommerce brands preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a similar or related field, or relevant work experience
- Bilingualism in English and French is considered an asset
Competencies / Skills / Attributes
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite, Paid Social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc), Google Platforms, and GA4
- A great team player with a can-do attitude, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization and any outside vendors/partners
- Exceptional organization and multitasking skills
- Experiment-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
