What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, a related field, or relevant work experience.

  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources.

  • 1+ year of experience managing compensation programs or projects.

  • Experience with compensation software and HRIS platforms is highly desirable.

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with compensation tools (PayFactors and Workday preferred).

  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Profil recherché :

  • Diplôme de licence en Ressources Humaines, Administration des Affaires, ou dans un domaine connexe, ou expérience professionnelle pertinente.

  • 3+ ans d'expérience en Ressources Humaines.

  • 1+ an d'expérience dans la gestion de programmes ou de projets de rémunération.

  • Une expérience avec les logiciels de rémunération et les plateformes RH (SIRH) est fortement souhaitée.

  • Compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes avérées, avec la capacité d'interpréter des données complexes et de formuler des recommandations stratégiques.

  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en présentation, avec la capacité d'influencer les parties prenantes à tous les niveaux.

  • Maîtrise d'Excel et expérience avec les outils de rémunération (PayFactors et Workday de préférence).

  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à gérer plusieurs projets dans un environnement dynamique.
