What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Transportation, Operations Planning, Finance, Distribution, and IT to gather requirements and support development, testing, and successful implementation.

  • Apply supply chain expertise to ensure delivered processes and system solutions meet business needs and remain sustainable for front-line operational teams.

  • Develop a strong understanding of the system enhancements delivered through the TMS optimization program.

  • Support testing by using documented requirements and user acceptance criteria to confirm system configuration performs as expected.

  • Manage assigned activities in line with enhancement timelines and the agreed-upon detailed design.

  • Lead implementation activities with impacted stakeholders by providing updates, responding to inquiries, and supporting training delivery (formal and informal).

  • Create and enhance training materials to help end users understand and adopt new processes and technology solutions.

  • Perform data and process analysis to inform insights and support business decision-making.

What you bring:

  • Self-motivated problem-solver who can adjust and re-prioritize to adapt to fluctuating demands.

  • Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to evolving priorities in a fast paced, operational environment.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities. Experience creating and delivering training content is an asset.

  • Results oriented with attention to detail and accuracy, and a proven track record of delivering against strict deadlines.

  • Some foundational skills in SQL development and enhancements, with solid business and technical acumen.

  • Outcome focused, critical thinker who is confident working in different systems with large amounts of information.

  • Positive and collaborative team player, comfortable making objective decisions as part of a larger team, as well as independently.

  • 3 to 5 years in a logistics or supply chain related capacity is preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management is preferred

Broadband Salary Range: $53,000 – $88,000.
Our typical hiring range is between $53,000 and $70,000. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements. For critical roles, the compensation offering will be reviewed to ensure alignment with market rate and conditions and the unique value you bring to the role.
