The Opportunity: We’re hiring a Business Analyst to strengthen the operational backbone of Dulcedo as we continue to grow! This is a hands-on, execution-driven role for someone who can step into complex workflows, identify friction points, and turn them into clear, scalable processes. You’ll lead discovery across teams, build current vs. future-state process maps, and carry improvements through implementation - including SOPs, tooling enhancements, automation, and reporting. We’re looking for someone coming from a cross-functional, process-heavy environment where they’ve owned end-to-end improvements, from process mapping to implementation, using tools like Power BI and SQL.” In other words, this position is ideal for a builder who can operate with high autonomy, translating real business needs into smarter ways of working.
Responsibilities
- Lead process improvement roadmap, from diagnosis to rollout for our departments.
- Run discovery across departments to understand how work actually flows and where it breaks.
- Map current-state processes and design future-state workflows that reduce friction and improve accountability.
- Build SOPs and supporting documentation (templates, checklists, playbooks) so improvements stick.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable implementation plans.
- Design and improve reporting visibility (dashboards, operational KPIs, status tracking) for leadership.
- Reduce manual work by identifying automation opportunities and simplifying handoffs across teams.
- Drive change management: align stakeholders, set adoption plans, and ensure teams actually use what’s built
- Monitor impact post-launch and iterate based on feedback, data, and performance outcomes.
Your Profile
- 3-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst / Operations Analyst / Process Improvement role where you owned initiatives end-to-end (not just documentation).
- Experience in a process-heavy, cross-functional environment (ex: mid-size/large company, high-growth org, or consulting/implementation setting) where workflows span multiple teams and require structure, alignment, and follow-through.
- Strong comfort partnering with Finance/Accounting or operational teams on complex processes, controls, approvals, and reporting needs.
- Proven ability to map “current state → future state” and convert findings into real implementation: SOPs, templates, tooling changes, automation, and adoption support.
- Ability to work with high autonomy: you can diagnose problems, propose solutions, and execute without needing heavy technical mentorship.
- Strong technical fluency:, Power BI, SQL, dashboards and reporting frameworks, advanced Excel / Google Sheets
- CRM/tooling comfort (Zoho is a plus) and the ability to think in systems: permissions, governance, data structure.
- Bonus: experience with workflow automation, integrations, and scalable tooling ecosystems (Zoho apps is a plus).
