Job Description :

POSITION SUMMARY:

 

Business Analyst Supply Chain will collaborate with stakeholders, including Product, Commercial Sales, Procurement, Warehousing, Provisioning, and Field Operations, to deliver products and services to our customers. Responsible for optimizing the product availability network within Breezeline, Cogeco & Oxio to ensure the right product at the right place in the right quantity. Perform analysis on consumption trends and ensure business primes have the information available to maintain the forecast and budget trajectory. If you are a high performer where you will be responsible for engaging team members while learning and supporting cross functional business units, this is the role for you. Role supports Breezeline, COGECO & Oxio. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 
  • Play an active Leadership role in the development and execution of initiatives that will transform operating practices 

  • Support Demand & Supply Forecasting prime in establishing forecasts with active product inventory monitoring and control 

  • Raise Purchase Requisition in line with forecasts with guidance from Product & Forecasting Primes 

  • Support and perform consumption variance analysis for forecast and budget management throughout the year

  • Collaborate with internal business partners on managing product visibility and consumption levels

  • Prime integration and support of various acquired ecosystems that come through company acquisition for product supply chain activities

  • Lead the planning and management of the company's end-to-end annual inventory audit, ensuring data integrity, cross-functional collaboration, and timely completion

  • Introduce best-in-class supply chain management techniques and practices with a focus on disciplined execution, consistently meeting or exceeding internal customer and external supply market expectations

  • Plan and manage CPE refurb programs across various vendors/distributors

 

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

 

ACADEMIC TRAINING

  • University Degree in Business/Supply Chain or Engineering 

  • Professional Designation (APICS CSCP, SCMA/SCMP) would be an asset  

  • Project management training or certifications (PMP) is also desirable 

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • 3-5 yrs experience in product supply chain, preferably in Telecom/Technology 

  • Supply chain efficiency project management experience is an asset

 

SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES

  • Proven analytical, planning, data, and financial  abilities

  • A strong bias for action and proven ability to work through ambiguity 

  • Demonstrated a strong sense of ownership and initiative

  • Highly Analytical: good at breaking down problems and delivering actions

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to communicate complex concepts at all levels

  • Comfortable with regular senior-level interactions with Directors & VPs

  • Proficient with Google Suite, JIRA/Confluence, MS Office

  • Fluent in English and French (spoken and written) required to collaborate with stakeholders in Quebec, Ontario, and across the United States.
