Job Duties and Responsibilities
As a Brand Marketing Lead, you'll spearhead innovative campaigns that boost brand awareness, drive customer loyalty, and capture market share. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners, you'll bring data-driven insights, creative storytelling, and strategic planning to the forefront to ensure Boost Mobile stands out in a competitive wireless market.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute national and local brand campaigns to drive customer acquisition, enhance brand perception, and impact prepaid and postpaid audiences.
  • Support hyper-local marketing efforts to activate high-potential DMAs and convert opportunities into wins.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with Boost Mobile's brand visuals and voice.
  • Analyze marketing trends, customer behavior, and competitive activity to inform data-driven strategies and optimize campaigns.
  • Track and evaluate campaign performance, delivering insights and actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage creative production, marketing spend, and reporting, ensuring content aligns with Boost Mobile's tone, objectives, and KPIs.


Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field preferred or 3+ years of work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing and/or project management role with a proven track record on successful campaigns/initiatives


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Wireless industry knowledge is preferred - Wireless Carrier, OEM, National Retail or Indirect
  • Expertise in data analysis, market research, and brand strategy to drive informed decision-making.
  • Exceptional project management and multitasking skills, with the ability to navigate fast-paced environments.
  • Skilled in engaging diverse audiences across various geolocations with tailored strategies.
  • A creative storyteller with a talent for producing visually engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Agile, detail-oriented, and capable of managing projects under tight deadlines, even amid ambiguity and challenges.
  • A collaborative team player who excels at building strong cross-functional relationships.

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
