Job Duties and Responsibilities
As the Senior Manager of GTM - Marketing Operations at Boost Mobile, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the marketing processes within our organization to drive efficiencies to market. This position requires a unique blend of project management expertise, marketing knowledge, wireless business strategy, and execution. You will be a strong communicator, leader, and process expert within the team. Additionally, a strong background in wireless knowledge is crucial to effectively navigate complexities within the industry.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize and execute an effective Go-To-Market process for speed to execution within the marketing team
  • Cross-functionally collaborate across our internal teams ensuring timely launches
  • Be responsible for communicating key launch updates with the leadership team
  • Responsible for understanding business performance and ROI on key episodic campaign launches for optimization
  • Proactively strategize key marketing plays with local and national marketing partners, ensuring business goals are met


Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:

  • 5+ years of Marketing Operations experience
  • Previous industry experience in prepaid/postpaid wireless industry a plus
  • Go-To-Market & Project management experience is highly desired
  • MBA preferred


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent project manager, focused on driving efficient execution of projects and campaigns across the business
  • Skilled at executing and analyzing national & local marketing campaigns
  • Highly skilled at executive communications
  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with challenging timelines and multiple projects running simultaneously
  • A collaborator who works well with other internal departments (i.e. Real Estate, Channel Expansion, Brand, Creative, and Sales Operations)
  • Take initiative and make suggestions to improve processes & reduce costs
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
  • Knowledge of Google Suite and Gmail

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $127,050.00/Year - $181,500.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
