Job Duties and Responsibilities
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Senior Brand Partnerships Lead to join our dynamic marketing team. This role will focus on driving impactful brand partnerships, collaborating closely with the Manager of Partnerships and Influencer Marketing, and ensuring the seamless execution of partnership initiatives, including in-market activations that elevate our brand presence, engagement, and growth. The Senior Brand Partnerships Lead will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic collaborations with external partners, with a focus on maximizing value and aligning with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Research, identify, and secure new partnership opportunities that align with brand goals, values, and target audiences; this includes strategic collaborations across sectors such as lifestyle, fashion, sports, entertainment, and tech
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key partners, ensuring open communication, trust, and mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Work closely with the Manager of Partnerships and Influencer Marketing to develop tailored partnership strategies that integrate seamlessly into broader marketing campaigns
  • Manage the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring smooth collaboration from contract negotiation through activation and fulfillment of partnership terms
  • Oversee the day-to-day execution of brand partnerships, ensuring all deliverables are met, and campaigns are executed according to timelines and expectations
  • Lead the execution of in-market activations, including events, pop-ups, product launches, and experiential marketing initiatives designed to bring brand partnerships to life in physical spaces
  • Collaborate with local teams to ensure that in-market activations are aligned with regional or local consumer preferences and are effectively tailored to the specific market needs
  • Manage logistics, timelines, and resources for in-market events, ensuring all activations run smoothly, from setup to tear down, while maintaining brand integrity and meeting performance objectives
  • Coordinate with external partners, vendors, event staff, and internal teams to ensure a flawless activation experience for both brand partners and consumers
  • Act as the brand's representative during in-market activations, ensuring that all interactions with customers, partners, and influencers reflect the company's values and goals
  • Gather feedback from in-market activations to measure success, identify areas of improvement, and share insights that will drive future activations
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, social media, PR, etc.) to ensure that partnership initiatives and in-market activations are integrated into broader marketing campaigns, with consistent messaging and creative direction
  • Work with brand partners to co-create compelling content (e.g., digital assets, events, experiential marketing) that resonates with target audiences and aligns with brand identity
  • Track and measure the performance of partnerships and in-market activations, using data to optimize campaigns and provide regular updates on KPIs (key performance indicators) to internal stakeholders
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and deliverables for brand partnership contracts, ensuring favorable terms for the company while maintaining strong, long-term relationships with partners
  • Support the preparation and management of partnership agreements and ensure compliance with all contractual obligations throughout the campaign lifecycle
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging partnership opportunities to keep our brand relevant and ahead of the curve
  • Conduct regular analysis of competitor partnership strategies and identify new areas of opportunity to differentiate our brand


Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 3-5 years of experience in brand partnership management, business development, or a related field, ideally within a consumer-focused or agency environment


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in negotiating partnership terms and agreements with external partners and stakeholders
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to drive innovative partnership initiatives that align with company goals
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple partnerships and in-market activations simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and KPIs are met
  • Comfortable using data to track campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize partnerships
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly present ideas, negotiate terms, and foster strong relationships with partners
  • Experience in planning and executing in-market activations, including events, product launches, and experiential campaigns
  • Collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in working with influencer marketing and/or social media campaigns
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, experiential marketing, and influencer engagement
  • Familiarity with CRM and partnership management tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a focus on results

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
