Job Summary

We’re hiring AI/ML Engineers to build the intelligence layer of the Kaseya Intelligence Platform, an agentic AI runtime designed to automate IT operations for Managed Service Providers. This hands-on role combines applied machine learning, agent orchestration, behavioral anomaly detection, and production software engineering. You’ll build AI systems that interpret operational signals, coordinate actions across vendor platforms, and operate safely and predictably under real production conditions.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Build agentic AI workflows that interpret PSA and RMM signals, coordinate vendor API calls, and support automated decision-making across customer environments
  • Develop behavioral anomaly detection models using workflow activity, credential usage, tool-call sequences, and cross-platform interaction patterns
  • Implement detection signals for scope escalation, abnormal decision paths, unexpected tool usage, and output-volume anomalies
  • Build evaluation harnesses and benchmark pipelines to measure model and agent quality, latency, reliability, and safety
  • Translate relevant machine learning and systems research into tested production implementations
  • Contribute to OpenAPI-based connector generation and integration workflows across MSP, security, and IT management platforms
  • Integrate AI workloads with durable execution platforms to support retries, partial failures, recovery, and long-running workflows
  • Partner with Platform, Security, and Product teams to implement monitoring, fallbacks, permissions, guardrails, and auditability for AI-powered features
Required Qualifications
  • Experience developing and operating production AI or machine learning systems using Python or a comparable programming language
  • Experience building LLM or agent workflows using LangChain, LlamaIndex, or a similar orchestration framework
  • Experience integrating Amazon Bedrock, OpenAI, Vertex AI, or another model provider into production applications
  • Experience building evaluation harnesses, benchmark pipelines, or automated tests for model or agent behaviour
  • Experience implementing techniques from machine learning or systems research in production software
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with behavioral anomaly detection, time-series analysis, statistical baselining, or outlier detection
  • Experience building event-driven systems using Kafka or similar messaging technologies
  • Experience with Temporal or another durable workflow orchestration platform
  • Experience with ClickHouse or another columnar data store used for analytics workloads
  • Experience building API integrations, OpenAPI-based tooling, or connector-generation pipelines
  • Experience with workflow automation, enterprise security products, MSP tooling, or IT operations platforms
