Build and operate customer-facing SaaS applications using Java, Spring, React, and TypeScript. Own complex features from design through production support, develop APIs and distributed systems, improve frontend experiences, apply AI-assisted coding tools, modernize legacy software, strengthen CI/CD and observability, and mentor engineers through technical leadership and code reviews.

Build and own a rapid voice-of-customer engine that informs product discovery, roadmap prioritization, go-to-market strategy, segmentation, and senior business decisions. Conduct customer research, establish panels and access channels, synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights, manage research tools and vendors, and create scalable playbooks enabling Product and GTM teams to conduct rigorous research independently.

Build and operate secure, reliable backend platform services in Go or Rust. Responsibilities include event-driven workflows with Kafka and Temporal, identity and authorization, secrets and cloud KMS integrations, multi-tenant systems, GitOps deployments, secure third-party connectors, audit infrastructure, observability, performance improvements, failure recovery, and incident response.

Shape the architecture and evolution of Java-based SaaS platforms and shared backend services. Lead complex distributed-systems initiatives across multiple teams, remain hands-on with implementation and troubleshooting, and improve scalability, reliability, observability, security, and operational readiness. Build and operate agentic AI systems for IT automation, including LLM workflows, anomaly detection, model evaluations, API integrations, durable execution, monitoring, permissions, guardrails, and auditability. The role involves production machine learning engineering, behavioral analysis, event-driven systems, workflow orchestration, and collaboration with Platform, Security, and Product teams.

Lead multi-year product vision and strategy for IT management and cybersecurity SaaS products. Drive cross-functional initiatives, define roadmaps, translate customer needs into requirements, set KPIs, influence executives, and support go-to-market and adoption while mentoring other product managers.

Lead architecture and hands-on implementation of a cloud-native, multi-tenant SASE control plane and orchestration for globally distributed gateways. Design scalable, resilient multi-region systems, define multi-tenancy models and APIs, partner with data-plane teams, establish CI/CD and IaC standards, mentor engineers, and optimize platform cost and operational efficiency.

Architect and develop scalable, multi-tenant cloud-native networking and security solutions across public, private, and hybrid clouds. Build high-performance traffic management, security policy orchestration, telemetry, threat detection, observability, and cost-optimization systems. Develop production software in Go and PHP, optimize data-plane performance, integrate NGFW and SASE technologies, and guide teams through architecture and delivery.

The Senior Staff Engineer at Kaseya is responsible for architecting scalable Java applications, optimizing AWS cloud solutions, and providing technical leadership and mentorship while solving complex problems in a collaborative team environment.

Provide technical leadership and architecture direction for enterprise SaaS platforms and distributed systems. Lead cross-team initiatives, drive scalability, reliability, security, observability, and platform modernization. Influence technical strategy, run architecture and design reviews, reduce technical debt, and mentor senior engineering staff.
