Build and own a rapid voice-of-customer engine that informs product discovery, roadmap prioritization, go-to-market strategy, segmentation, and senior business decisions. Conduct customer research, establish panels and access channels, synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights, manage research tools and vendors, and create scalable playbooks enabling Product and GTM teams to conduct rigorous research independently.

Build and operate backend platform services for workflow execution, identity, event routing, secrets management, authentication, authorization, and immutable auditing. Develop event-driven integrations with Kafka and Temporal, implement multi-tenant encryption and key management, own GitOps deployments and onboarding automation, secure third-party connectors, and maintain production reliability through monitoring, tracing, incident response, and root-cause remediation.

Design, build, and operate Linux-based process isolation, sandboxing, networking, and workload identity infrastructure for secure multi-tenant AI workloads. Responsibilities include developing sidecar proxies, enforcing workload boundaries, integrating attestation and key-management systems, managing secure startup sequencing, and improving platform performance, observability, reliability, and recovery. The engineer partners with Platform, Security, and Backend teams on system design and production troubleshooting.
