The Senior Backend Engineer will design and build scalable backend systems for SaaS products, integrate ML/AI capabilities, and lead technical direction across product areas.

Architect and implement multi-tenant, cloud-native networking and security solutions (NGFW, SASE) across public, private, and hybrid clouds. Optimize traffic steering, policy orchestration, telemetry, analytics, egress/gateway costs, and performance. Build high-performance data-plane components and cloud automation, write and review code, and guide teams to deliver production systems.

Lead multi-year product vision and roadmap for IT Complete; own complex cross-team initiatives; translate customer and business needs into product specs; partner with Engineering and GTM teams; set KPIs; influence executives; mentor product managers; drive customer-centric, scalable SaaS solutions.
