Build and operate customer-facing SaaS applications using Java, Spring, React, and TypeScript. Own complex features from design through production support, develop APIs and distributed systems, improve frontend experiences, apply AI-assisted coding tools, modernize legacy software, strengthen CI/CD and observability, and mentor engineers through technical leadership and code reviews.

Build and maintain large-scale automated testing frameworks, libraries, infrastructure, and test suites for enterprise SaaS applications, APIs, services, and distributed systems. Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines, leverage AI coding tools, troubleshoot application and production issues, analyze codebases, and expand test coverage. Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, product, and QA teams to improve reliability, observability, performance, and maintainability.

Owns product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, requirements, and delivery for Kaseya’s Professional Services Automation module serving MSPs. Partners with engineering, architecture, sales, marketing, customer success, executives, and customers to launch scalable SaaS products, drive adoption, analyze market opportunities, and improve product performance through KPIs and customer insights.
