  • Manage intercompany accounting, transfer pricing support, tax-related transactions, legal accruals, audit requests, and supporting documentation across global entities.
  • Oversee payment processing, cash planning activities, corporate card reconciliations, payroll accounting, subsidiary accounting, and intercompany funding transactions.
  • Use AI tools to improve accounting processes, strengthen documentation, support variance analysis, reduce manual effort, and provide accounting guidance to Finance, Tax, Legal, PMO, and operational stakeholders.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • CPA designation or active progress toward CPA with demonstrated application of accounting principles in a professional environment.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting month-end close activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and financial reporting deliverables.
  • Experience working across multiple entities, currencies, and jurisdictions with responsibility for reconciliations, reporting, or compliance-related activities.
  • Experience with intercompany accounting, transfer pricing support, tax-related entries, payment processing, and ERP/accounting systems in a complex business environment.
  • Experience presenting accounting analysis, reconciliations, or reporting outcomes to Finance leaders, cross-functional stakeholders, or external partners.

Desired:

  • Experience supporting global payroll accounting, payroll reconciliations, and compliance-related documentation across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Experience tracking, accruing, and reconciling client rebates, including true-ups, FX adjustments, and agreement reviews.
  • Experience supporting audits, preparing supporting schedules, and responding to auditor requests in a timely manner.
  • Experience identifying process improvement opportunities that reduce manual effort while maintaining strong financial controls and documentation standards.
  • Experience working in a professional services, agency, healthcare, life sciences, or multinational business environment.
