ROLE
We are looking for an Account Supervisor who is passionate about creative, to work across a variety of clients. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the Account Director to lead major initiatives in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Your entrepreneurial spirit and collaborative problem-solving skills will be key assets.
As an Account Supervisor, you'll be an integral part of our team, working alongside strategy to prepare briefs and confidently assess work from a strategic perspective. Your responsibilities go beyond project management (on-time and on-budget); as you'll also play a crucial role in deepening your understanding of our clients' business, fostering key client relationships, and actively identifying growth opportunities.
In addition, you'll establish yourself as the go-to person for both Account Directors and Creative Directors, contributing to the agency's success and the continued growth of our clients' brands.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish and maintain a relationship of trust with clients;
- Effectively handle client expectations by thoroughly understanding their business;
- Provide meaningful input on client briefs and business plans;
- Offer POV on creative ideas and assess work strategically;
- Ensure communication plans effectively amplify ideas;
- Take the lead on cross-functional meetings to drive discussion, decisions and next steps;
- Manage complex projects with an understanding of impact on resourcing and agency profitability;
- Lead the development and management of scopes of work and change orders in partnership with Account Director and Project Management.
- Bring hands-on production experience across video, print, OOH, in-store, digital, and broadcast to guide timelines, budgets, and executional feasibility.
- Maintain rigorous documentation across projects to support forecasting, reconciliations, and timely invoicing.
- Review all deliverables for accuracy and strategic alignment before client presentation.
- Anticipate and mitigate risks related to scope, timing, and client expectations.
- Own agendas, outcomes, and follow-ups for client and internal meetings.
REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years of agency experience;
- Bachelor’s degree in related field;
- Experience with integrated campaigns including Video, Print, Radio, OOH, In-Store, Digital;
- Demonstrated experience managing production with a strong understanding of production timelines, vendor management, and cost implications across channels.
- Experience building and managing scopes of work, estimates, and change orders.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and Project Management teams.
- Demonstrates collaborative working style with the utmost professionalism.
- Strategic thinker who understands agency philosophy, impact of new marketing and media trends and can leverage it to sell and defend work;
- Entrepreneurial spirit;
- Excellent understanding of KPIs and ROI;
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
The base salary range for this role is $70,000-80,000 CAD annually. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
