Who We're Looking For
We’re looking for an energetic Account Supervisor to join our Client Success team here at Marketbridge. You’ll be supporting demand generation, ABM, digital and traditional media and marketing campaigns for a variety of b2b clients, helping them to achieve their marketing goals and objectives. You will apply your communication skills to building and enhancing long-term client relationships, while also maintaining strong team relationships working alongside our Project Management team and subject matter experts.
 
Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day management of B2B client accounts, building strong, trusted relationships while serving as the primary point of contact and strategic partner.
  • Drive account strategy in partnership with senior leadership, ensuring alignment to client business objectives, demand generation goals, and measurable outcomes.
  • Guide the development and execution of integrated marketing programs, with a focus on account-based marketing (ABM), digital media, and full-funnel demand generation.
  • Partner cross-functionally with strategy, creative, media, and marketing operations teams to ensure all deliverables are insight-driven, on-brief, and aligned to performance goals.
  • Translate client objectives into clear, actionable briefs, providing strategic direction that enables high-quality, effective work across channels.
  • Synthesize client feedback and performance data into actionable recommendations, ensuring continuous optimization and program success.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for account growth, improved performance, and expanded scope of work.
  • Oversee account financials, including scoping, forecasting, utilization, and profitability, ensuring efficient delivery and adherence to budget.
  • Maintain strong project governance, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and internal workflows are managed effectively.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in a marketing agency or team environment, with demonstrated success managing and growing B2B client relationships.
  • Experience developing and executing B2B marketing strategies, including account-based marketing (ABM), digital media, and demand generation programs.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, campaign measurement, and optimization across paid and owned channels.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex, multi-channel programs.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

We aim to offer competitive and fair compensation based on experience, location, and market benchmarks. The salary range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000 CAD.
