The Role

It’s fast. Retail-driven. Multi-channel. High-volume. We’re looking for an Account Supervisor who thrives in that pace. Someone exceptionally organized, creatively curious, and a problem-solver who is genuinely energized by complexity.

This role requires a true student of advertising. Someone who cares about the craft, understands production, respects timelines, and can multitask in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll be managing significant volume across broadcast, digital, social, and retail — while keeping clients confident, teams aligned, and standards high.

Retail automotive experience (or similarly fast-paced, retail-heavy categories) will be prioritized.

What You’ll Own

Client Leadership

  • Be the day-to-day engine on the account
  • Build strong, trusted relationships through preparation and follow-through
  • Anticipate problems before they escalate
  • Know when to solve and when to elevate

Pace & Precision

  • Manage multiple concurrent campaigns without letting details slip
  • Own timelines, budgets, BCRs, POs, trafficking, copy decks and production workflows with discipline
  • Keep the machine moving, cleanly and confidently

Protecting the Work

  • Champion creative integrity through execution
  • Care about how things are made — not just that they ship

Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Run tight internal meetings
  • Align Strategy, Creative, Production and Media with clarity
  • Eliminate ambiguity. Create momentum

Production Fluency

  • Understand broadcast, digital and social production processes
  • Navigate revisions, approvals and asset management with precision
  • Maintain quality control across high-volume deliverables

Leadership & Energy

  • Mentor junior team members
  • Raise standards through example
  • Bring positive energy into rooms, especially when timelines are tight

What You Bring

  • 3-4 years in a creative advertising agency
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-channel work at speed
  • Retail automotive or similar retail-driven experience preferred
  • Exceptional organizational discipline
  • Strong financial management skills and comfort with reporting
  • Clear, confident communicator, equally strong with junior teams and senior clients
  • Calmness under pressure
  • Energized by fast-paced environments, not overwhelmed by them
  • Deep respect for advertising craft and production detail

Compensation for this role ranges from $70,000 to $80,000 CAD, depending on experience.
