The Opportunity

MedMe's Canadian enterprise business is expanding, our new product lines, new provincial opportunities, and a growing set of strategic partnerships all need an owner. This role sits at the center of that expansion: selling new products into existing enterprise accounts, leading RFPs and provincial proposals, and building the partnerships that will define MedMe's next phase of growth in Canada.

You'll also manage the Indie/Field AE, who is responsible for converting independent banner locations store by store.

About MedMe Health

At MedMe, we are passionate about empowering pharmacists to provide services beyond just prescribing. Our mission is to build an all-in-one cloud-based platform that enables pharmacists to schedule, document, and manage clinical services at scale. With over 4,500 pharmacies using our software, we've facilitated more than 25 million patient services, transforming pharmacies into community health hubs across North America.

What You'll Do
  • Sell new product lines into existing enterprise accounts

  • Lead RFPs and enterprise proposals, including opportunities across multiple provinces

  • Own the provincial business development strategy,  engaging provincial health authorities, re-engaging dormant provincial relationships, and evaluating patient-record integration opportunities

  • Determine whether integrations should be packaged as a paid MedMe capability or structured as transactional partnerships with third parties

  • Participate in EMR and broader provincial integration discussions

  • Develop strategic partnerships with national distribution, technology, and healthcare organizations

  • Nurture government and pharmacy association relationships toward larger, association-level partnerships

  • Manage the Indie/Field AE responsible for converting banner locations store by store

About You
  • Experience in enterprise or strategic B2B sales and partnerships, ideally in healthcare, health tech, or another regulated industry

  • A track record leading RFPs and complex enterprise proposals

  • Comfortable navigating government, health authority, and association relationships

  • A strategic thinker who can evaluate build-vs-partner tradeoffs for integrations

  • People management experience, or readiness to manage a direct report

  • Bonus: existing relationships with Canadian provincial health authorities or pharmacy associations

  • Bonus: experience with EMR or patient-record integration ecosystems

Success in This Role Looks Like
  • 30 days: You're ramped on existing enterprise accounts, the partnership pipeline, and your working relationship with the Indie/Field AE.

  • 60 days: You're actively leading at least one RFP or proposal, and one provincial or partnership conversation.

  • 90 days: A new product line has sold into at least one existing enterprise account, and there's clear direction on at least one integration build-vs-partner decision.

  • Long-term: A mature enterprise expansion and partnerships motion is running, with the provincial and association relationships MedMe needs to scale, and the Indie/Field AE successfully managed.
