About the Role 

Account Coordinators partner with all members of the account team to provide hands on support wherever needed. You are a curious observer and are passionate about learning our industry and building a strong foundation. You are proactive and resourceful and not afraid to dive into the details to get things done.

What You’ll Do

  • Establish and build relationships internally and with clients
  • Demonstrate business etiquette in meetings and written communications
  • Provide administrative support to the team including updating status reports, taking meeting notes, scheduling meetings, budget tracking, etc.
  • Begin to ‘manage the making’ of communications assets and understand Ogilvy’s process
  • Manage small projects and support senior team members on larger projects
  • Assist with project management/workflow system data entry and reporting
  • Complete basic analyses of client’s business results and competitive landscapes
  • Become familiar with Ogilvy’s departments and expert groups and their roles

What You’ll Need 

  • 0-2 years of experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong skills in research and analysis
  • Ability to anticipate needs and provide solutions/ideas
  • Critical attention to detail
  • Effective collaborator
  • Good listener and reliable

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.

Salary Range
$45,000$95,000 CAD
