Support a province-wide clinical information system transformation by standardizing and implementing clinical documentation practices, workflows, templates, and content. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, use case and business process analysis, detailed design, documentation, and development of clinical deliverables for inpatient medicine. The role collaborates with clinical stakeholders, subject matter experts, project teams, and healthcare professionals during a large-scale acute-care CIS or EHR implementation.

Design and define enterprise data architectures and logical/physical data models using Kimball dimensional modelling; develop models with PowerDesigner; work with JOIN and JIMS; ensure alignment with information management, cybersecurity, privacy, and data governance; communicate technical concepts to technical and business stakeholders; support modernization initiatives.

Supports a large-scale Clinical Information System implementation and clinical standardization program, specializing in clinical documentation. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, facilitating provider workshops, analyzing workflows and use cases, designing future-state processes, developing clinical deliverables and documentation, supporting system build and implementation, and collaborating with healthcare professionals, project teams, and stakeholders across multiple workstreams.
