Lead onboarding and activation of clinics onto eReferral/eOrder platforms. Manage project delivery across scope, schedule, budget; coordinate stakeholders; mitigate risks; run meetings; maintain documentation and status reporting; support deployments and ensure PMO governance compliance.

Design, build, and deploy cloud-native frontend and backend applications integrating Generative AI and LLMs. Develop APIs/microservices on AWS, implement data engineering with Databricks/PySpark, and use containerization and CI/CD for scalable, secure solutions. Collaborate with product and engineering teams and drive best practices in AI and cloud architecture.

Lead QA for an Agentic AI platform: define and execute testing strategy, implement automation, validate LLM outputs and conversational workflows, oversee functional/integration/regression/performance testing, integrate CI/CD, mentor QA engineers, and promote quality best practices across teams.
