This is a remote position.

We are seeking experienced DevOps Specialists to support multiple digital transformation, service innovation, and program delivery initiatives. The successful candidates will work as part of cross-functional delivery teams responsible for designing, deploying, supporting, and continuously improving modern digital services. The DevOps Specialist will focus on automation, continuous integration and continuous delivery, cloud infrastructure, production operations, observability, security, and deployment optimization. The role requires strong hands-on technical experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, scripting, and modern DevOps practices. This is a full-time opportunity supporting multiple projects simultaneously. The position is primarily remote within Canada, with occasional requirements to attend meetings or work sessions in Edmonton.



Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in research, analysis, troubleshooting, and problem solving.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience documenting technical issues, solutions, procedures, and operational processes.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience leveraging Generative AI and/or agentic tooling.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with access tools such as SSH clients and Remote Desktop.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with basic security practices, including secrets and credential management.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and/or Azure.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience using command-line interfaces for command execution and file-system navigation.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with networking tools and concepts such as DNS, traceroute, and load balancing.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience with scripting tools, particularly PowerShell.
