Support social and digital strategy for a QSR client and other accounts by managing community engagement, trend spotting, content ideation, scheduling, and analytics reporting to optimize social performance.

Support execution of client programs, act as client contact, coordinate internal teams, manage budgets, documentation, quality control, forecasting, and identify growth opportunities while contributing to campaign conceptualization and client communications.

Lead day-to-day strategic direction for key clients, create brand and campaign strategies, craft creative briefs and go-to-market/channel plans, run workshops and stakeholder interviews, mentor junior strategists, collaborate with creative and accounts, and support consumer and creative research and analysis.
