Coordinates construction-related projects from award through closeout by maintaining schedules, deliverables, documentation, budgets, reports, and stakeholder communications. Supports meetings, customer updates, risk escalation, site visits, contract and change management, RFPs, and continuous improvement. Collaborates with Sales, Engineering, Customer Care, Supply Chain, Operations, contractors, and customers across Eastern Canada. The role requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, and project administration skills, with potential progression to Project Execution Manager.

Provides application engineering expertise and technical support for mechanical piping products used in mining and oil and gas systems. Responsibilities include solution evaluation, customer and sales support, troubleshooting, field investigations, root-cause analysis, technical reporting, product inspections, training, presentations, and collaboration on product improvements. The role requires interpreting technical standards, supporting valve actuation systems, advising customers and contractors, and traveling domestically up to 30%.

Design, implement, and improve EHS and process-safety programs for manufacturing. Conduct hazard analyses, ergonomic assessments, incident investigations, inspections, training, and ISO documentation. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and cross-functional teams to integrate safety controls into processes and support environmental initiatives.

Program and set up CNC lathes for production, develop and optimize CNC programs, perform first-off setups, troubleshoot and improve programs, conduct in-process inspections, assist with tool/fixture selection, perform preventive maintenance, follow Lean manufacturing and ISO processes, and collaborate with engineering and production to reduce cycle time and waste.

Develop and execute regional integrated marketing programs for Canada, supporting sales and global marketing. Manage campaigns, events, digital and print assets, vendor relationships, and stakeholder collaboration to strengthen brand affinity, customer retention, and sales effectiveness. Support market-specific tools, project timelines, and cross‑functional initiatives.

Coordinate special product pricing, costing, procurement and quotations. Liaise with Engineering, Sales and Supply Chain to prepare accurate quotes, issue purchase orders, track deliveries, maintain supplier relationships, and support project logistics and continuous improvement initiatives.
