The role provides hands-on exposure to the employee lifecycle while partnering with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and site leaders. The intern must be a third-year post-secondary student, work onsite full-time, communicate professionally, manage multiple priorities, and use Microsoft Office. HR or administrative experience and HRIS or applicant tracking system familiarity are preferred.

Develops pricing models, discount frameworks, margin analyses, sales reports, quota tracking, and business intelligence dashboards.
