Builds talent pipelines through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and targeted outreach; manages ATS records and recruitment metrics. Supports AI adoption in recruiting, improves processes, represents the employer at career events, and contributes to broader HR initiatives.

Manufacturing Engineer Intern supporting manufacturing processes, production standards, method sheets, bills of materials, tooling, quality initiatives, engineering changes, machine setup, and continuous improvement projects. The role collaborates with Manufacturing Engineering, Production, and Quality Assurance to improve productivity, quality, cost, and safety in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

Supports the outside sales team through customer and project activities, sales calls, jobsite and stakeholder meetings, construction project research, market development, account insights, and territory initiatives. The intern will complete strategic and analytics projects, develop product and commercial knowledge, collaborate with sales professionals, and present recommendations to leadership. The role requires strong communication, analytical, relationship-building, initiative, and willingness to travel throughout the Greater Toronto Area.
