Design, implement, and improve EHS and process-safety programs for manufacturing. Conduct hazard analyses, ergonomic assessments, incident investigations, inspections, training, and ISO documentation. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and cross-functional teams to integrate safety controls into processes and support environmental initiatives.

Program and set up CNC lathes for production, develop and optimize CNC programs, perform first-off setups, troubleshoot and improve programs, conduct in-process inspections, assist with tool/fixture selection, perform preventive maintenance, follow Lean manufacturing and ISO processes, and collaborate with engineering and production to reduce cycle time and waste.

Lead Canadian FP&A delivering financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic insight. Partner cross-functionally to drive margin improvement, standardize reporting, build predictive models, and support executive decision-making.
