Leads marketing, proposal strategy, business development, and client pursuit activities across Canada. Manages proposal teams, capture planning, opportunity evaluation, compliance, submissions, marketing collateral, conferences, branding, dashboards, and business development reporting. Partners with Development Leaders to support strategic pursuits and revenue growth while mentoring staff, allocating resources, and managing team performance.

Leads full-cycle recruitment and advises organizational leaders on workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, development, engagement, culture, and HR policies. Builds candidate pipelines for difficult-to-fill roles, improves recruiting processes, supports broader HR initiatives, and coaches leaders on embedding organizational values into everyday practices.

Develop conceptual, analytical, and numerical groundwater models to support environmental impact assessments, permitting, water treatment and remediation. Provide senior hydrogeological technical input and SME support, interpret aquifer tests and hydrogeological data, prepare and review technical reports, liaise with clients and regulators, lead proposal/business development, and mentor junior staff.
