Develop conceptual, analytical, and numerical groundwater models to support environmental impact assessments, permitting, water treatment and remediation. Provide senior hydrogeological technical input and SME support, interpret aquifer tests and hydrogeological data, prepare and review technical reports, liaise with clients and regulators, lead proposal/business development, and mentor junior staff.

Provide senior process engineering leadership for design, construction and commissioning of water treatment, mine water management, remediation and reclamation projects. Prepare reports, specifications, contract documents, and signed/sealed deliverables. Review drawings, prepare design packages, support risk assessments, client engagement, proposal development, travel to sites, mentor junior staff, and resolve technical issues.

Lead hydrogeology technical work and supervise junior staff. Design and implement groundwater studies, perform field sampling and testing, analyze groundwater data, develop conceptual and numerical inputs to models, manage data quality and reporting, interface with clients and regulators, and support business development and team training.
