Paid entry-level opportunities supporting the Toronto Blue Jays across scouting, player development, advance scouting, research and development, baseball systems, data engineering, app development, and performance science. Responsibilities may include organizing baseball data and video, operating technology, preparing reports, conducting analytics and research, developing internal applications and databases, and supporting team logistics. Candidates should demonstrate baseball knowledge, analytical and organizational ability, communication skills, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Partners with leaders across the organization on talent planning, employee development, performance management, employee relations, organizational design, compensation, workforce planning, and engagement. Coaches leaders, supports investigations and sensitive employee matters, analyzes survey and workforce data, and contributes to People Operations initiatives. Helps teams adopt AI and emerging technologies while supporting a people-first workplace. Requires occasional presence at home games and events, plus evening and weekend availability as needed.

Lead and execute organizational strategy and strategic initiatives end-to-end. Shape priorities, build execution roadmaps, conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, prepare executive materials, and lead cross-functional teams. Mentor junior staff, develop tools and best practices, track performance metrics, and engage stakeholders to inform decisions and drive impact. Onsite role with occasional evening/weekend flexibility.
