Responsibilities include coordinating internal teams and vendors, managing budgets, logistics, entertainment, timelines, auctions, game-day activations, and on-site event delivery. The role oversees Jr. Jays Club operations, supports fundraising revenue exceeding $2.4 million, manages risks and stakeholders, and ensures high-quality guest experiences. Availability is required for all home games, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Shape priorities, build execution roadmaps, conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, prepare executive materials, and lead cross-functional teams.
