Support and execute digital marketing strategies by creating social content (written, photo, video), managing social scheduling and community engagement, maintaining CMS/website content with on-site SEO, reporting on performance, analyzing digital data, researching trends and competitors, and collaborating with the marketing team to optimize campaigns and drive engagement.

Lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into functional specifications for Salesforce, ServiceNow, and DXP/DAM. Facilitate stakeholder workshops, partner with architects and vendors, manage requirements and testing, support vendor selection and SaaS implementations, and recommend process and system improvements to drive digital transformation.

Operate, maintain, and optimize on-prem and cloud network infrastructure. Manage firewalls, switches, and wireless systems; troubleshoot incidents; support upgrades and Azure hybrid networking; enforce network security and maintain documentation.

Lead enterprise IAM architecture and roadmap, design and deliver One Identity and Microsoft identity solutions across cloud/on‑prem/SaaS, enable SSO/MFA and privileged access, ensure access governance, risk and compliance alignment, provide architectural guidance and drive IAM adoption across IT and business stakeholders.

Record and review accounts payable/receivable, prepare recurring and general journal entries, reconcile accounts, enter donations and issue charitable receipts, maintain vendor records, support smaller ministry units, prepare audit schedules, respond to client/vendor inquiries, document processes, and recommend operational improvements.

Perform warehouse duties including receiving, sorting, storing, picking and shipping donated goods. Operate forklifts and powered MHE, inspect inventory for quality/expiry, manage stock in WMS, build skids, assist cycle counts, and maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment following safety policies.

Provide senior compensation expertise to design and review pay structures, ensure legislative and pay equity compliance, support union negotiations, deliver data-driven recommendations, improve processes, and collaborate with HR, Finance and stakeholders to optimize Workday functionality and compensation programs across Canada and Bermuda.

Lead end-to-end strategic procurement for indirect categories (IT, telecoms, fundraising, fleet, travel, food, publishing). Develop and implement category plans, run RFPs, negotiate contracts, manage suppliers, deliver cost savings, maintain contract databases and risk registers, and partner with stakeholders to ensure compliance, performance, and procurement best practices.

Manage and reconcile warehouse inventory using a WMS (Fishbowl), perform receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking and shipping of primarily food products, operate power equipment (forklift, power cart), maintain records, enforce FEFO/FIFO expiry controls, prepare documentation, and support onboarding/training of staff and volunteers while following health and safety policies.

Lead and manage THLM’s treatment and housing programs to ensure clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and fiscal accountability. Supervise program managers, develop partnerships, oversee budgets, support quality improvement and reporting, and ensure delivery of evidence-based, trauma-informed, and culturally safe client services across multiple sites.

Provide expert labour relations advice across a multi-union environment, managing grievances, investigations, discipline, performance and terminations. Coach leaders and HRBPs, support arbitration/mediation preparation, ensure consistent interpretation of collective agreements and legislation, document cases defensibly, and inform COE strategy through trends and risk insights.

Provide day-to-day accounting and clerical support including cash and donation processing, daily reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable entry, ledger reviews and accruals, petty cash management, purchase order and invoice matching, expense claim processing in Business World, and preparation of monthly financial reports and supporting schedules.

Lead HR data analysis, integrity, migration, and reporting for Workday and related systems. Define requirements, build custom reports, establish reporting governance, execute testing and release management, and train team members. Collaborate cross-functionally on integrations, system enhancements, and data assurance to enable HR decision-making and workforce planning.

Support execution, optimization, and reporting of national digital marketing across social, email, and web. Manage social scheduling and community engagement, assist with content creation (written/photo/video), email marketing setup and reporting, CMS updates and on-site SEO, and paid media administration. Conduct analytics, competitor analysis, trend research, and leverage AI tools to improve performance. Work remotely with occasional travel for content production.

Provide direct personal care to adult day program clients per care plans, assist with ADLs (toileting, feeding), run/assist activities, document care, support intake/waitlist, mentor volunteers/students, maintain certifications, and follow safety/administrative procedures. Full-time, flexible schedule with occasional travel.

Lead development and delivery of a 6-week day camp for children aged 5–11. Plan and supervise daily activities, oversee volunteers and staff, ensure health and safety, chaperone field trips, manage logistics, follow safety/government protocols, attend training, and complete required background checks. Part-time (30 hrs/week), seasonal role.
