Support the Project Manager by building and maintaining the NewStar ERP upgrade database and product catalogue. Perform accurate Excel-based data entry, verify images and part numbers, audit entries, maintain hard-copy lot files, and provide end-user support as a system subject matter expert. Ensure timely turnaround and follow established procedures; other duties as assigned.

Lead planning and execution of integrated marketing and branding campaigns; manage timelines, budgets, vendors, agencies, and cross-functional teams; track KPIs and reporting; maintain asset libraries and project systems; develop marketing copy; oversee presentation centre standards and events; support billing and administrative duties; ensure brand consistency and optimize processes.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for multiple real-estate entities; manage full-cycle accounting, journal entries, reconciliations, AP/AR and tenant billing; track development/construction costs and job costing; support audits, GST/HST filings, corporate tax working papers, and maintain internal controls.
