Assist experienced technicians performing general maintenance and minor repairs, complete repair order tasks, use tools and test equipment, report defects, keep the shop tidy, and follow supervisor instructions while working toward certification.

Lead accounting for a multi-franchise dealership group, overseeing general ledger, month-end close, OEM-specific financial reporting, compliance, internal controls, audit readiness, budgeting, financial analysis, and management of the accounting team to support executive decision-making.

Lead planning, building, and optimizing paid social campaigns (primarily Meta) across multiple automotive dealership brands. Develop audience targeting and retargeting, test creatives and copy, manage budgets, and align paid and organic social. Support Google Ads, track performance with Google Analytics, translate data into actionable insights, and collaborate with brand, content, and vendor partners to drive conversions and vehicle sales.

Manage leads and client portfolio to sell and lease new and used vehicles. Qualify customers, schedule appointments, demonstrate vehicles, negotiate and close sales, complete contracts, explain warranties and financing, follow OMVIC/MVDA regulations, and provide after-sales follow-up.
