The RV Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the dealership’s RV sales department to achieve sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational goals. This position oversees the sales team, manages the sales process from initial customer contact through delivery, monitors inventory and sales performance, and works closely with dealership leadership, finance, service, and administration.

Location: 1655 Upper James St, Hamilton ON

 
What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead, supervise, motivate, and support the RV sales team.
  • Establish individual and department sales goals and monitor performance against targets.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Train sales representatives on RV products, features, sales techniques, dealership processes, and customer service standards.
  • Assist sales representatives with customer negotiations and closing sales when required.
  • Review and approve deals within dealership pricing and profitability guidelines.
  • Monitor gross profit, sales volume, closing ratios, lead response, and other key sales performance indicators.
  • Review inventory levels and identify aging, slow-moving, or high-demand units.
  • Work with dealership management on inventory planning, pricing, promotions, and merchandising.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Highly motivated and ambitious, with at least one year of sales experience
  • A genuine drive to deliver incredible results for clients
  • A solid understanding of finance and payment plans
  • A valid Driver's License
  • A clean and acceptable driving record
