Sell and lease new and used vehicles by identifying customer needs, managing leads, scheduling appointments, demonstrating vehicle features, negotiating prices, completing sales and financing contracts, and offering warranties and services. Build client relationships through phone and in-person consultations, follow up after delivery, maintain product knowledge, and comply with OMVIC and MVDA regulations. The role provides continuous training and commission-based earning opportunities.

Supports recruiting and onboarding by screening applicants, creating job postings, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, preparing orientation materials, creating credentials, reviewing onboarding documents, and maintaining recruitment files. The role requires strong communication, confidentiality, organization, multitasking, judgment, and interpersonal skills. It is an on-site position in Cambridge, Ontario, Monday through Friday, with a valid G Driver’s License required.

Conduct high-volume inbound and outbound calls, assess customer needs and feedback, follow communication scripts, book appointments, maintain accurate CRM records, build customer relationships, and meet individual and team performance targets. The role requires strong phone communication, active listening, customer focus, multitasking, adaptability, and fluent English.
