Manages technology procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor negotiations, renewals, contracts, and commercial risk. Develops procurement analytics using spend, usage, contract, and vendor data, including Excel and Power BI dashboards. Supports cloud, SaaS, marketplace, AI, and Azure purchasing decisions through forecasting, consumption analysis, cost optimization, and commercial recommendations. Collaborates with IT, Security, Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders to deliver savings, cost avoidance, governance, and improved contract terms.

Leads Workday platform governance, enhancement roadmaps, stakeholder prioritization, semi-annual release management, testing, deployment, and communications. Coordinates Workday implementations, integrations, AI and automation initiatives, risks, dependencies, incidents, and cross-functional delivery. Partners with HR, Finance, Payroll, IT, vendors, and technical teams while supporting workload prioritization and enterprise change management.

Provides senior production application support for registry and commercial solutions. Responsibilities include incident and problem management, root cause analysis, production changes and releases, technical documentation, support scripting, patching and monitoring changes, disaster recovery exercises, certificate renewals, application testing, and troubleshooting issues with business teams and clients. The role requires on-call support, coordination across local and international teams, and expertise in Azure, OpenShift, ITIL, and ITSM.
