The Senior HR Workday Analyst enhances Teranet's Workday HCM environment, manages system enhancements, and ensures compliance while providing HR liaison support and reporting solutions.

Owner of end-to-end data analysis and delivery for product and client solutions. Design queries, datasets, reports and dashboards, protect recurring data deliverables, partner with Product/Sales/Technology, mentor junior analysts, and apply automation/AI to improve workflows and inform product strategy.

Design, build, test, deploy, and support web-based software solutions. Provide technical guidance, troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, support databases, write documentation, estimate work, and mentor developers while improving coding standards and development processes.
