The Senior HR Workday Analyst enhances Teranet's Workday HCM environment, manages system enhancements, and ensures compliance while providing HR liaison support and reporting solutions.

Owner of end-to-end data analysis and delivery for product and client solutions. Design queries, datasets, reports and dashboards, protect recurring data deliverables, partner with Product/Sales/Technology, mentor junior analysts, and apply automation/AI to improve workflows and inform product strategy.

Design, build, test, deploy, and support web-based software solutions. Provide technical guidance, troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, support databases, write documentation, estimate work, and mentor developers while improving coding standards and development processes.

Support data integration, quality, analysis, and visualization efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, build dashboards and reports (Tableau/Excel), perform exploratory analysis, and support data engineering and modeling to deliver business insights and recommendations.
