Owner of end-to-end data analysis and delivery for product and client solutions. Design queries, datasets, reports and dashboards, protect recurring data deliverables, partner with Product/Sales/Technology, mentor junior analysts, and apply automation/AI to improve workflows and inform product strategy.

Drive product adoption and customer retention through onboarding, training, and relationship management. Gather customer feedback and market insights, liaise with cross-functional teams, streamline enablement processes, and support renewals and upsell opportunities.

Lead and support operational improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma, training, and process analysis. Drive efficiency, quality, and data-driven decisions, coach improvement teams, and partner with change and project managers to implement continuous improvement across the organization.

Support cross-functional teams by translating business questions into data needs, extracting and integrating datasets, ensuring data quality, conducting exploratory and advanced analysis, and building dashboards and visualizations (Tableau, Excel). Partner with data engineers and scientists, source external data, apply segmentation and spatial analysis, and present actionable recommendations to drive strategic decisions and product/marketing initiatives.

Design, build, test, deploy, and support web-based software solutions. Provide technical guidance, troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, support databases, write documentation, estimate work, and mentor developers while improving coding standards and development processes.
