Oversees PLC, SCADA, EMS, HMI, communications, HIL/SIL testing, certification support, customer projects, commissioning, troubleshooting, and cybersecurity compliance. Provides technical leadership, mentorship, standards development, global collaboration, and executive reporting across ESS engineering initiatives.

Lead technical role on Energy Storage Solutions for North America: liaise with R&D and engineering, evaluate feasibility and risks, perform power system studies, design system integration and single-line diagrams, develop test plans, manage Engineering-To-Order projects from booking to commissioning, and prepare technical documentation and specifications.

Develop embedded Linux software and GUIs for industrial controllers; implement industrial protocols (Modbus, BACnet, SNMP); support product lifecycle from development to production/service and write operational documentation.
