Design, validate, and support electrical power-distribution systems and schematics in E-Plan for ETO/CTO projects. Produce technical documentation, test plans, and production procedures; support prototyping, testing, troubleshooting, certification, and cross-functional project delivery.

Develop embedded Linux software and GUIs for industrial controllers; implement industrial protocols (Modbus, BACnet, SNMP); support product lifecycle from development to production/service and write operational documentation.

Lead multidisciplinary electrical equipment development projects from initiation through closure. Manage quality, cost, time, scope, schedules, resources, risks, change control, deliverables, milestones, and project financials. Coordinate technical, industrialization, commercial, qualification, certification, and documentation workstreams across teams and sites. Maintain project baselines and reporting, communicate status to stakeholders, resolve conflicts, escalate issues, and drive continuous improvement. Projects involve mission-critical datacenter equipment including UPS systems, transformers, STSs, PDUs, and RPPs.
